At Kleerhangershop.com, we do our best to package and ship your order with great care. Your order will be shipped with our preferred courier DPD.

Delivery times

Our parcels are shipped with DPD. .

After reception of your order and payment, the goods are prepared for shipment. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order depends on the country where it has to be sent to. The countries we are shipping to are mentioned below with the costs:

• Belgium : € 7
• The Netherlands : € 8
• France : € 13,5
• UK : € 19
• Luxemburg : € 9
• Germany : € 11

Countries that are not mentioned are not served. Please contact our customer service in case you would like a delivery outside our standard area. We will then make you a personalised proposition.

Customs and export

For shipments outside EU customs charges might be charged, depending on the country of destination. These charges are different for each country. We have no control on possible charges that are applied by the customs authorities. These customs charges are for buyer’s expenses. It is also possible that the customs will open your parcel for inspection. Although we are trying to protect your privacy as good as possible, any customs inspection is out of our responsability. In some cases, the delivery might be delayed by a customs inspection. For more information, please contact the customs office of the destination country.
